Visit Chopta Valley which is also knows as Mini Switzerland, valley is fully covered with snow in the winter season and lush green meadows you will find here in summer. Trekking to Tungnath Temple which is the world highest lord shiva temple and third panch kedar out of five panch kedar, Chandrashila top also known as Moon Rock & Lord of the Peaks. From Chandrashila top you see the 360 degree view of all the massive peaks, some of them are Kedar Peak, Chaukhamba peak, Trishul peak, Bandar poonch peak, Nanda Devi peak and lot more.
ITINERARY
DAY 01: NEW DELHI - CHOPTA
We will depart from Delhi at 9pm in an Ac Vehicle
DAY 02 : REACH CHOPTA
On the way you will see Devprayag Sangam (Confluence of Alaknanda & Bhagirathi River and origin of Ganges River) After you will also see the Dhari devi Temple which is very ancient and situated in the middle of the Alaknanda River, then proceed to Rudraprayag which is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River, the point of confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. You will continue to drive alongside the Mandakini River to reach your Camp in Chopta. Overnight stay and Dinner at the Camp.
DAY 03 : CHOPTA - TUNGNATH TEMPLE- CHANDARSHILA-CHOPTA
Wake up and have your breakfast later ready to trek towards Tungnath (World highest lord Shiva Temple). This climb will lead you to the sacred sanctuary named as Tungnath sanctuary. Appreciate one of the most stunning and wonderful vistas in the Kedar, Chaukhamba, Trishul, Nanda devi and different tops in the region. In spite of the fact that around there, you may likewise get the chance to see a couple of uncommon types of hawks. You can likewise observe the astonishing backwoods around the sanctuary and furthermore the peaks of Bandarpoonch also. On both the sides of Chopta you can see green inclines and feel the cool wind.
Overnight stay at Campsite.
DAY 04 : CHOPTA - DEORITAL - NEW DELHI
Today after having breakfast we will checkout from Campsite and drive to Sari village. From Sari village your trek will start its takes 1.5hrs to cover the distance of 3 km to reach deorital spend some time near the lake later comeback and depart to Delhi
